Habitveen — Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Habitveen mobile app and related services ("the app", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Habitveen is a personal expense tracker with an optional nutrition/health layer and an in-app assistant. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

Your account

• You sign in with your phone number via a one-time SMS code. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone/number secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
• You are responsible for the content you add (expenses, notes, member details) and for having the right to add any member information you enter.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app — for example, do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service, and do not use it for unlawful purposes.

Your data

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how it is used. You retain ownership of the records you create. You can delete entries in the app, or request full account deletion (see the Privacy Policy).

Assistant & automated features

The assistant interprets what you type or say to help you add expenses. It can make mistakes — please review entries it creates. Amounts, categories and insights are provided for your convenience and are not financial advice.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that data will never be lost. Nutrition and diet suggestions are general information only and are not medical advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
